This is just a quick reminder that it’s time to pay dues for membership in the Lake Ellen Homeowners’ Association (LEHA) which serves our North Forest Hills neighborhood.

LEHA is an entirely voluntary organization with two missions: to foster our community and to take care of our common areas and the lake. We sponsor a variety of community events, including an annual neighborhood potluck, our Lakeside Music and Ice Cream Party and the December Luminary fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House. Dues also cover the cost of mowing, controlling invasives, maintaining the dam, and complying with State and Federal regulations for regular inspections.
The value of membership
Because LEHA is a voluntary, community-focused organization, we are only as strong, vibrant, and representative as our membership, which is why we encourage you to become a member of LEHA. As a member, you will have full access to the lake including boat storage and will have voting rights at our annual meeting. You will also have full access to our website and will receive notices about developments concerning our neighborhood, invitations to neighborhood events, and quarterly updates from the board. What’s more, you’ll know that you have contributed to the greater community around you.

For regular members, dues are $80.00/year while for lakefront homeowners (not renters), we ask for$200.00/year due in February. Additional donations are always welcome!
